We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

This is a remote position with a full-time schedule, 40 hours per week.

The role involves managing financial operations across multiple entities, starting with the Australian division and expanding to European operations.

You will be responsible for processing accounts payable invoices and payments, handling accounts receivable sales entries and statements, downloading and preparing financial reports from various systems, performing data entry and maintaining records in accounting systems.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Dext and Xero, strong Excel skills, especially vlookup, attention to detail and high accuracy, quick learning of new accounting systems, excellent organizational and time management skills, professional English communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and basic accounting knowledge.

The scope of this role includes:
