Job Summary:

Early Careers and Campus Coordinator

The Early Careers and Campus Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers.

This role requires strong relationship-building and process-management skills to collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey.

  • Managing account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding
  • Managing ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborating on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:

Campus Recruitment: Organise and manage campus recruitment events to attract top talent from leading universities.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders.

Process Management: Manage the end-to-end candidate selection process, from initial application to final offer.

Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess excellent English business communication, written and oral, a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally.
