Your Responsibilities
  • Review client requirements to identify ideal candidate matches and develop effective strategies for placement.
  • Assess and screen candidate profiles, resumes, and skill sets to ensure the best possible matches.
  • Submit shortlisted candidates for internal review and feedback.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and placements to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates to build trust and confidence.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in candidate sourcing and research is essential, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly assess candidate fit are crucial skills for this role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Tech-savviness with the ability to use CRM tools is also required.
