First-Year Focus

Your first year will be a journey through launching and scaling a business from inception to market presence. You'll work closely with seasoned teams, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of building and growing a brand.

Key Responsibilities - First Year
  • Business Incubation: Participate in the initial stages of business creation
  • Market Research: Conduct research with the team on products and markets
  • Brand Development: Shape and define the brand's identity and strategy with the team
  • Launch: Assist in launching the business for a smooth market entry
  • Scaling: Contribute to the growth and expansion of the brand
  • Product Line Expansion: Aid in expanding the product range to meet market demands and trends
  • Platform and Market Expansion: Work on expanding the brand's presence to more platforms and markets
  • Marketing Channel Expansion: Assist in broadening the reach through various marketing channels
Team Assignment After Year One

After completing your first year, you'll be assigned to either the Business Incubation Team or the Brand Scaling Team:

  • Business Incubation Team: Focus on launching new businesses, applying learned experience in business creation and market introduction
  • Brand Scaling Team: Focus on strategies and activities contributing to the growth and expansion of established brands
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing Management, Finance/Accounting, Management Engineering, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in marketing, business development, or related fields is advantageous

Responsibilities
