Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our short-term and long-term rental properties.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Property Management: Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  2. Tenant Relations: Lead the management of tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  3. Hiring and Recruitment: Recruit and hire talent through job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding processes.
  4. Financial Management: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with financial standards.
  5. Business Development: Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  6. Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
