Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our real estate operations as a Transaction Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for buyer and seller inquiries via phone or email, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Schedule meetings, inspections, and follow-ups between clients and agents, maintaining a well-coordinated calendar to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Maintain and update transaction tracking systems throughout the property sales cycle, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Draft, format, and proofread contracts, listing agreements, and other real estate documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry regulations.
  • Ensure all transactions are conducted in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and digital ads to promote listings, enhancing brand visibility and appeal.
  • Manage and update online property listings and social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Support coordination of virtual tours, open houses, and digital promotional campaigns to drive engagement and interest.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting real estate markets.
  • 1+ year of real estate cold calling experience (preferably in the AU/NZ market).
  • Proficient in CRM & transaction tools such as Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • C1-level English fluency (both written and verbal).
