Job Role: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
Key Qualifications:- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Candidates with BPO experience are welcome; however, it is not necessary.
- The ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but training will be provided.
- A willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is expected.
