Overview

Customer Service Associate (For Pooling) – Newstel Worldwide. This role is part of a talent pool for seasonal, part-time, or full-time opportunities as they arise. The candidate will assist customers through various communication channels while maintaining a high standard of service. If you enjoy helping people, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to have you in our pool

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, chat, and email.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with general account support, troubleshooting, order processing, or other service-related tasks, depending on the assigned account.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns within service level agreements.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Follow company guidelines and standard procedures to ensure quality customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with empathy and active listening skills.
  • At least High School graduate, SHS, Associate/Vocational Graduate, or College Graduate.
  • Previous customer service experience (BPO, call center, or other customer-facing roles) is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in computer navigation and system tools.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle different types of customers and resolve concerns effectively.
