Responsibilities
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and drive overall performance for the team by leveraging your expertise in supervisory support through transaction monitoring and delivering results as per Service Level Agreement targets / timelines.
- Provide analytical insights through reports to gauge process performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed performance requirements.
- Facilitate process meetings / calls to logical conclusions by promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.
- Analyze data to recommend necessary process changes to improve team performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery that meets client expectations.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients by being proactive in addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
