Restaurant Operations Manager Job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Operations Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of the front of the house.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service and dining experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Graduate of Hotel Restaurant Management or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as Restaurant Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible.
