  • Evaluates hiring processes and recommends improvements to reduce employee turnover.
  • Prepares disciplinary notices and assists in Board of Discipline hearings.
  • Performs salary benchmarking to assess competitiveness.
  • Undertakes other tasks assigned by the Immediate Head.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Three years' experience in human resources or related field.
  • Strong communication, networking, organizational, time management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • One reliever position available.
