CPA/CMA certification is preferred but not required, indicating a high level of expertise and commitment to the field.
Experience in using AppFolio or similar accounting software, with a proven track record of accurate and efficient financial management.
Proven experience in real estate accounting or property management, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software, such as QuickBooks, is essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
