Key Account Manager Job

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. You will deliver speedy and quality action to changing customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activity.

• Manage customer accounts and ensure good credit status and effective cash collections.
• Prevent contract terminations and achieve customer retention.
• Achieve Key Accounts KPI.
• Enable effective communication between customers and cross-functional teams in order to provide strong team representation to meet the customer's expectations.

People Management Skills

You will conduct weekly KA alignment meetings and ensure communication and understanding of company objectives and policies among KA teams. You will lead synergy with cross-functional teams and managers.

Credit Management Expertise

You will drive cash collection and achieve DSO target across the customer base. You will ensure customer credit is kept within the targeted guidelines of the business.

Customer Care Service Delivery

You will deliver outstanding customer care service through the Customer Contact Strategy. You will continuously improve customer needs by developing good customer relationships by monthly face-to-face visits.

KPI Management

You will focus on revenue, profit, customer/colleague retention, zero terminations, and DSO.

Administration and Policy Directive

You will ensure accuracy and completeness of required documents for both Pest and Hygiene for New Business and Jobs Sales prior to service or treatment. You will ensure on-time and accurate Sales reports.

Customer Development

You will resolve customer complaints & inquiries with urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise. You will conduct regular quality inspection and customer visit to maintain good business relationship and improve customer retention.

Do you have what it takes? To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Preferred candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture major in Entomology, Microbiology or BS Biology.
• Preferred 2 to 3 years related experience with strong inclination to Sales and/or Customer Service Relationship.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Will to work in Brgy. Kalawaan, Pasig City.
