Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Brand Manager to lead our online lead generation efforts through innovative marketing strategies. This role will involve developing and executing campaigns that expand our reach into untapped markets, while continuously testing new channels and analyzing data to refine strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and launching lead generation campaigns in various marketing channels, including TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Conducting ongoing market research to identify new opportunities for expansion and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
