Job Overview

In this position, you will lead North American talent attraction functions and team; align your work schedule to the USA/Canada workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to understand upcoming associate hiring needs and maintain awareness of applicant flow requirements.
  • Create a comprehensive sourcing plan and drive sourcing efforts to maximize applicant flow and meet client demands.
  • Analyze data results to evaluate marketing program effectiveness and optimize return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships for job boards, internet media, collateral providers, community partners, job fair organizations, university and workforce partnerships, diversity hiring partners, and staffing agencies.
  • Partner with finance teams for accuracy and timeliness of departmental marketing budgets, reporting, and accounting practices.
  • Project manage collateral creation by establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and ensuring vendors deliver on-time.
  • Sponsor, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff while contributing to team results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote team and work onsite occasionally.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness, problem-solving, and data-driven critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
  • Consultative and collaborative mindset.
