Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our marketing automation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns.

About the Role
  • This role involves leading the development of marketing automation campaigns, managing workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs using Eloqua.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities, monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • They will collaborate closely with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
  • The role requires maintaining database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
