Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop innovative products by leveraging expertise in blockchain-based innovations.
  • Lead product development and launch to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration among team members.

Growth Strategies:

  • Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and drive expansion, including exploring new business models and revenue streams.
  • Stay updated on market trends to adjust strategies and capture emerging opportunities.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee business finances, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, analyzing financial data to drive cost-effective operations.

Product Roadmap Leadership:

  • Define the strategic product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive insights.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.
  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support training and development initiatives.
  • Evaluate cross-functional communication and collaboration across all organizational levels.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is highly beneficial.
  • Diverse experience in business development, product management, and financial management, preferably in the cryptocurrency, investments or fintech sector.
  • A proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products.
  • A deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
