Marketing Strategy Leader Job

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Leader to oversee and execute our marketing strategy for crypto casino projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full marketing funnel - from acquisition to retention - across all key channels including paid ads, content, and CRM.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for user acquisition and retention.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team to ensure smooth collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with crypto and iGaming regulations.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry.
  • Proven leadership and remote team management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • In-depth understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making abilities.
