
Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our team and drive revenue growth. As an Associate Manager, B2B Sales, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and promoting their professional development.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer experience. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategic sales plans to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales team to achieve business targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system
- Remove obstacles and help the team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities
- Monitor and lead team call time and productivity; conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client-specific territories
- Stay up-to-date on market developments and keep the team informed on latest directions
- Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues
- 5+ years proven work experience in sales
- Passion for customer experience
- Experience in operations and strategy building
