Job Overview

At a mid-senior level, we are seeking an experienced IT professional to spearhead the implementation and ongoing support of PACS/RIS solutions. This role involves leveraging expertise in DICOM protocols and HL7 v2.x messaging to ensure seamless integration with HIS, EMR, and imaging modalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement PACS/RIS systems for maximum efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in PACS/RIS implementation and support.
  • Strong command of DICOM protocols and services (C-FIND, C-STORE, MWL, etc.).
  • Practical knowledge of HL7 v2.x messaging and interface configuration.
  • Proven track record of successful integrations with HIS, EMR, and imaging modalities.
  • Solid grasp of networking, server environments (Windows/Linux), and basic SQL.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA or local equivalents.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
