As a Bilingual Jr Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our solar account business. You will be working directly with clients to verify contact details, site readiness, and any specific requirements for upcoming appointments.

You will also be responsible for providing reminder calls prior to scheduled appointments to confirm timing and address any last-minute questions or concerns. Your ability to handle scheduling conflicts and make adjustments seamlessly will be essential in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify client information and ensure accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and emails
  • Handle scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 9-10 hours per day, 6 days a week
  • Previous experience in SOLAR appointment setting
