We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve claims efficiently and maintain accurate records.

- Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries regarding claims status and policy coverage.
- Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed accurately in the system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve claims efficiently.
- Compliance: Follow company guidelines and local regulations to ensure claims are handled fairly and ethically.
- Experience: 0-2 years in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer service, retail, hospitality).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy, organizational, and time-management skills.
