Loan Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Loan Coordinator to join our team. As a Loan Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mortgage process by reviewing incoming files, completing order-outs, and ensuring seamless collaboration with other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track Lead Notes received from Loan Officers
  • Monitor incoming 'App Submitted' emails and set up Encompass files accordingly
  • Complete File Set-up review when App & Docs are received from clients
  • Send files to Pre-Approval teams when sufficient documentation is available
  • Run DU/LP and Order appraisals as needed
  • Send client needs lists after initial file reviews and Pre-Approval team completion
  • Obtain required documents (EOI, VOE's, HOA docs) from LOA/Processor
  • Maintain a tracker of all files on their desk to ensure no delays or missed steps
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Order-out experience is mandatory
  • Encompass experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with office applications is essential
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary
  • Good personality and finance/accounting experience are desirable
