The role of Product Lead is pivotal in driving the successful implementation, development and growth of various projects. This position forms an integral part of the agile SCRUM team, working closely with developers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Strategy: Provide valuable input to senior management on strategic planning, business direction and overall performance metrics for emerging industries.
  • Project Management: Oversee various ad-hoc projects as assigned, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between product and development teams, facilitating smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Product Enhancement: Champion the creation and maintenance of essential product reference materials, including decks, process memos, contracts, trade letters, dashboards and other product-related assets.
  • Partner Acquisition & Retention: Support partner acquisition and retention by addressing product inquiries, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help customer-facing units understand new product enhancements, marketing promotions and offline payment initiatives.
