Executive Director Job Description

We seek an experienced Executive Director to lead the operational strategy and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in operations management, senior leadership, and outsourcing industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational activities with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the operations team to promote a high-performance culture based on accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Solid experience in the outsourcing industry, especially in managing back-office and information services operations.
  • Proven ability to lead operational improvements, drive efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration.
