Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing agency operations and governance, ensuring quality recruitment, and developing leaders nationwide to support agency growth strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive activation and productivity within agencies, collaborating with assigned agency partners.
  2. Enable agency leaders to drive activation and support leader development through business reviews.
  3. Partner for quality recruitment, including business opportunity programs, and drive expansion with agency partners.
  4. Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on understanding and maximizing the compensation scheme and career paths.
  5. Oversee agency operations, such as team meetings, to communicate company policies, incentives, campaigns, and performance updates.
  6. Coach agencies on leveraging HMO offerings for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  7. Provide feedback to other teams based on observations and agency input.
  8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
