We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the smooth execution of outsourcing contracts with our clients. As a Senior Director of Operations, you will be responsible for driving improvements in service levels, transactional efficiencies, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to service level agreements and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance
  • Leadership and Development: Coach and develop effective leaders and teams to achieve business objectives
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and expansion
Requirements:
  • BPO/Call Center Experience: 10+ years of experience in BPO or call center management
  • Senior Level Management: Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and clients
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage change and create a positive work environment while delivering results
