Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced support services for mobile device management and unified endpoint management platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Additionally, they will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 2 and level 3 support for customers on MDM/UEM platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Escalate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve product-related matters.
  • Develop knowledge base articles and training materials to enhance the support experience.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices to drive excellence in support.
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and urgency.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the enterprise software or SaaS industry.
  • Strong experience with leading MDM/UEM platforms, including VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, and IBM MaaS360.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
