Remote Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking experienced technical support specialists to provide assistance and troubleshooting services for various clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • To accurately diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • To guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • To maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within the system.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • A typing speed of at least 20 WPM.
  • A high-speed internet connection for seamless communication.
  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • A fundamental understanding of Windows operating systems.
