We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities- Provide expert technical support for end-users and internal network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
- Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of network infrastructure, leveraging knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network protocols.
- Support a wide range of platforms, including Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, and various software applications, providing users with comprehensive solutions.
- Deliver exceptional remote desktop support using ConnectWise Automate, ensuring efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales engineering team, sales teams, and customers to provide top-notch pre-sales support, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Offer post-sales support to customers after they purchase a Mikrotik product, ensuring smooth transitions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage RMA requests, create RMAs, and oversee administrative tasks, such as monitoring user/customer requests in ConnectWise Automate and shared inbox email.
- Contribute to department process documentation, including user, network, RMA, and support processes, promoting best practices and standardization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager, driving business growth and excellence.
- Proven experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role, demonstrating expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network fundamentals, enabling effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are an advantage, showcasing commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, indicating a solid foundation in technology and its applications.
