Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our regulatory compliance efforts. This pivotal role ensures our operations align with regulatory requirements while fostering innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive compliance strategies across banking, money service business, and financial services licenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and People to resolve compliance issues and establish robust governance structures.
  • Proactively identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Serve as the primary expert for all regulatory matters, ensuring full adherence to local and international standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related Financial Services field.
  • Compliance certification is highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Regulatory and AML Compliance (BSP, SEC, AMLA, etc.) with 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Preferably, experience in the remittance industry and Money Service Business (MSBs).
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication, policy writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulations and provide sound, actionable advice.
