System Expertise Role

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Expert to work with our cloud platform engineering, architecture, and development teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining cloud-native systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support DevSecOps tools, pipeline automation, and infrastructure-as-code scripts to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality systems and services.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends to improve speed to market and team autonomy.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and drive production improvements for key issues that create business opportunities.
  • Provide guidance on enabling end-to-end availability and performance of mission-critical services.
  • Develop automation to eliminate waste and manual/repetitive tasks, prevent problem recurrence, and respond to service alerts and condition metrics.
  • Support Kubernetes clusters in Azure and AWS, including cluster management, upgrades, security policies, and application deployment with Argo CD.
  • Execute and manage infrastructure-as-code automation with Terraform.
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture across teams.

The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious technologist up to date with technology trends and passionate about optimizing existing systems and introducing modern technologies.
