Auto Glass Warranty Specialist Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced Auto Glass Warranty Specialist to manage and adjudicate vehicle warranty claims.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their auto glass, and will work closely with our technicians to ensure that all warranty work is performed promptly and to company standards.

This is a full-time remote position with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of direct experience handling vehicle warranty claims in the automotive service industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Direct Experience: At least 5 years' direct experience handling vehicle warranty claims in the automotive service industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and technicians.
  • Strong Decision-Making Skills: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance customer satisfaction with company policies.
  • Highly Organized: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM Software: Proficient in CRM software and remote communication tools.
