Sr. Quality Assurance Automation Expert

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance strategy across teams, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

As a Sr. QA Automation Lead, you will:

  • Develop and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Maintain scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, identifying issues early to ensure efficient and reliable release cycles.
  • Review test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years experience in manual and automation testing, and 1 year experience leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket.
