Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Expert to lead our Managed Service Provider Core Service Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and solutions architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Managed Service Provider Core Service Delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong operational relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Drive the delivery of core banking solutions and new sourcing assessments, aligning them with business goals and growth strategies.
  • Design and implement demand management processes for Home Credit services, ensuring efficiency and seamless integration with managed service providers.
  • Prioritize and execute projects to deliver high-impact results, while managing project prioritization and development capacity.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Managed Service Provider Delivery.
  • Experience in hands-on software development or solutions architecture.
  • Strategic planning and prioritization abilities to lead complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of architecture and IT delivery methodologies.
