As a Digital Customer Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to our global customers who utilize our Learning Platform. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining customer experiences, identifying opportunities for automation, and promoting process improvements.

Key objectives of this role include:

  • Designing and managing digital customer experiences for assigned customers
  • Developing and implementing day-to-day management strategies for digital tools, emphasizing process improvement and efficiency
  • Identifying and streamlining repetitive tasks through automation, thereby enhancing productivity and reducing time-consuming activities
  • Monitoring customer journey outcomes and recognizing opportunities for growth and risk mitigation
  • Providing guidance to customers through the success inbound queue and directing them to relevant resources and contacts
  • Executing data-driven automated implementation and adoption initiatives, tracking customer progress throughout the implementation process
  • Developing and deploying large-scale digital campaigns, creating response templates for frequently asked questions and customer communications
  • Maintaining high standards of data integrity in Gainsight and Salesforce regarding customer engagement tracking and product utilization
  • Collaborating with customer success teams to coordinate webinars and campaigns

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in building one-to-many digital campaigns with efficient processes
  • Able to set realistic expectations and manage issues to completion
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in dynamic environments
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, leveraging internal and external resources strategically and tactically
