Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing plans, maintaining a strong digital presence, and ensuring timely and well-organised content, reporting, and email campaigns.

About the Role
  • This role involves developing and maintaining monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, creating engaging post copy, and designing basic visual assets.
  • The successful candidate will research target audiences and relevant hashtags, track performance metrics, and compile engagement reports and insights for leadership.
  • Key responsibilities include building clear, executive-friendly dashboards, identifying trends, and delivering performance insights to the management team.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing coordination, preferably in B2B, tech, or agency environments.
  • A working knowledge of Figma or Canva for quick-turn design assets, WordPress for content updates, GA4 for dashboards and reporting, and YouTube Studio for video uploads and basic SEO optimisation.
  • Confident writing and editing skills with an eye for clean, on-brand visuals, and high levels of organisation, with a knack for maintaining tidy folders, files, and calendars.
