Digital Campaign Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of our digital marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end campaign delivery, leveraging Salesforce Pardot and executing high-performing B2B and B2C campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional and local digital campaigns aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage marketing lead scoring, segmentation, and qualification processes in Salesforce Pardot, maximizing lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with inside sales teams to manage marketing qualified leads while monitoring lead funnel performance, driving continuous improvement.

Track and analyze campaign KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates, optimizing creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to achieve maximum ROI.

Partner with regional business units to align campaign messaging and ensure consistency, working closely with in-country marketing teams to plan, execute, and report on local campaigns.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital campaign management, lead generation, and marketing automation, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C buyer journeys, with the ability to develop targeted campaign strategies that drive conversions.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple countries and coordinating with local teams, with excellent communication and project management skills.
