  • Disciplinary Due Process: Prepare and serve notices, conduct investigations and fieldwork as required.
  • Court Representation: Represent the company in quasi-judicial agencies such as SeNA, conciliation-mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Union Relations: Assist in conducting meetings with labor unions, provide inputs in resolving union-related issues and concerns.
  • CBA Negotiations: Provide assistance in CBA negotiations preparations and formulation of strategies.
  • Labor Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations, conduct mock audits and stay updated on regulatory changes.
  • Policy Formulation: Participate in policy formulation process to ensure company compliance with relevant laws.
  • Training and Orientation: Provide training and orientations on Employee Relations topics such as disciplinary case handling and Company Code of Discipline.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Political Science, Social Science, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Employee/Labor Relations.
  • Skills: Willingness to do fieldwork and work in a fast-paced environment.
