This role is part of the Global People Team, assisting the business by acting as the first point of contact for UK and EMEA employees and managers. You will support the UK People Team with various projects and administrative requirements.

This is a hands-on role requiring a highly organised and flexible individual to work closely with the UK People Team to deliver effective and timely people administration around the full employee life cycle. This includes onboarding, pay and benefits, reporting and managing leavers.

  1. Respond to general employee and manager queries as the first point of contact and manage the central People Services inbox.
  2. Onboard all new employees in the UK and EMEA and deliver in line with the Global Onboarding Programme.
  3. Provide administrative support, including:
    1. Create promotion/transfer/salary increase/secondee letters.
    2. Help collate information for employee experience initiatives.
    3. Audit and cleanse data/records in Workday to ensure it's a source of truth.
    4. Prepare audit reports for benefit reviews.
    5. Maintain electronic employee files via PeopleDoc.
    6. Conduct the leaver and offboarding process, working with IT to ensure compliance.
    7. Process monthly payroll for the UK in a timely and accurate manner.
    8. Advise on and coordinate benefits provisions, liaising with providers and providing monthly reports.
    9. Support annual benefits renewal for health, dental and pensions and system updates (payroll/Workday).
    10. Complete ad hoc administrative duties and project work across the People function, collaborating with Learning & Talent, People Systems, Payroll, DEI and Global Mobility.
    11. Act as a Workday champion and support digitalisation of people processes, collaborating with the People Systems Team to find digital and efficient solutions.
    12. Champion our values and culture, using them to build a positive local/global business culture.
