About the Role
  • Be the HubSpot product owner across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs
  • Develop and maintain the entire GTM infrastructure—lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and custom fields
  • Identify operational gaps, propose strategic solutions, and execute them efficiently
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize workflows for lifecycle transitions, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and real-time alerts
  • Implement scalable systems for lead attribution, routing, and data enrichment
  • Ensure seamless integrations with various platforms
Requirements
  • 4+ years of HubSpot ownership in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment
  • Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and explain them to non-technical teams
