About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Compensation Strategist to join our team.

Job Description:

The Dynamic Compensation Strategist will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and administering sales compensation programs that support growth and reward excellence in our sales teams. This includes operating at the intersection of data, process, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and transparent commission payments.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Calculating, reviewing, and processing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payments with attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Supporting the development, communication, and rollout of new sales incentive plans and commission structures to align with business strategy.
  • Modeling, simulating, and forecasting plan changes to assess impact and make informed recommendations.
  • Building and maintaining compensation analytics dashboards for full visibility into compensation program performance.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, incentive plan administration, or sales/revenue operations in a SaaS/tech environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and strong analytical skills.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated by creating tangible impact.
