The RoleAs a Customer Experience Executive with Probe CX, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service to clients. You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Identify and understand customer needs and concerns, and work towards swift resolutions
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall service quality
- Proactively look for opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and key performance indicators
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a customer service handling telco and sales programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Fluency in English
