We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer. As a key member of our US-based recruitment team, you will play a vital role in establishing relationships with clients across the Construction, Contract Furniture and Engineering industries.
- This role is perfect for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and a strong work ethic.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for establishing a network of candidates within one of our construction skill verticals.
- As part of our mentorship program, you will participate in one-on-one sessions for professional development.
- You will engage in sourcing, screening, and connecting with potential candidates.
- Your responsibilities will also include coordinating interviews and managing client relationships.
- You will provide quality-focused search and selection support to clients on live vacancies.
- You will support full-lifecycle recruiters on live vacancies.
- Previous experience in the US Market recruitment is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within the Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Contract Furniture industries is required.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ideal candidate should be highly organized with an eye for detail.
