**Quality Assurance Specialist**

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Conduct internal audits for quality management systems (ISO 9001), environmental management systems (ISO 14001), health and safety management systems (ISO 45001), labor and ethics management systems, information security management systems, and explosive environment management systems.
  • Train internal auditors and lead internal audit processes.
  • Guide external certification body auditors and customer auditors during management system audits.
  • Monitor management system tasks to ensure timely completion and proper record-keeping.
  • Manage Green Data Management (GDM) and report on compliance with regulations such as RoHS and REACH.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A diploma in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of lead auditor experience in an Environmental Management System (EMS) environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISMS 27001 standards.
  • Experience with environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
