Job Overview

This IT role offers the opportunity to manage, develop, and support technology infrastructure that powers global systems and operations. Your work will enable our teams to deliver fresh fruit, time-sensitive healthcare products, and more to people worldwide.


About the Role

You will be a member of an international team that supports operational excellence within the Document & Master Data Solutions department. You will engage with DevOps activities and Developer Platform operations, supporting developers in all stages of development. Enterprise Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and documents solution platforms will be actively utilized to ensure project success.


Main Responsibilities
  • Automate and manage development & production environments.
  • Support software delivery lifecycle stages.
  • Create and maintain scripts and infrastructure automations.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to improve developer experience.
  • Ensure 24/7 operation of platforms, meet SLOs and KPIs.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, debug and optimize infrastructure functionality.
  • Manage permissions, identity & access management.
  • Provide clean and structured documentation.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in DevOps or IT support engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in public cloud (preferably AWS).
  • Experience in diverse operating systems and technologies (Windows Server, Red Hat Linux (RHEL), PowerShell, Bash, Web Server, APIs, File transfer, Storage, Networking).
  • 1-2 years of experience with containerization and container platforms (especially Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, shell scripting) is an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Crossplane (preferred), Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Hands-on experience with Gitlab or Jenkins.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability solutions (logging, metrics, and distributed tracing) with tools like Prometheus, Grafana or OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience in working in an agile team and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
