Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, streamlining business workflows and enhancing financial reporting.
  • Design and implement tailored reporting solutions to meet operational and financial requirements.
  • Provide expert training and guidance on system usage and best practices to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, ensuring seamless navigation through the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance as required.
  • Document system changes, configurations, and training materials for future reference.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Expertise in custom reporting and integration strategies.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation.
  • Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures.
