ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to implement, customize, and integrate the ODOO ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to understand their business requirements, implementing customizations, and ensuring seamless integration of the ODOO system with other applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of different departments and business processes
  • Develop and implement custom modules, workflows, and reports within ODOO
  • Integrate ODOO with other applications and systems to ensure smooth data flow and process automation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and provide effective solutions
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are effectively utilizing the ODOO system
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency
  • Stay updated with the latest ERP features, best practices, and industry trends
  • Document implementations, integrations, and configurations for future reference and support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation, customization, and integration
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and ODOO framework
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORM
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
