System Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced System Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and configure ERP software for our clients.

You will be part of a permanent and growing team based out of Manila, working together with professionals from the United States to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of developers based in the US to design, develop, and implement ERP software solutions.
  • Work closely with SAP workforce software to ensure seamless integration and efficient delivery.
  • Provide technical support and services to clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Participate in project requirements analysis and review to ensure accurate understanding of client needs.
  • Design and develop technical solutions based on specific business cases to meet client expectations.
  • Create and maintain system documentation to facilitate easy reference and maintenance.
  • Implement database technologies and disciplines to ensure data security and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Educational background in computer science or related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Java programming language.
  • Strong programming and/or scripting skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel formulas and spreadsheet management.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work remotely and be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
