Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

This role involves overseeing core accounting functions, optimizing financial processes, and driving automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Lead efforts to streamline accounting workflows and automate processes within our financial systems.
  • General Ledger Management: Record and maintain journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP principles.
  • Month-End Close: Prepare reconciliations and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee AP processes, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
  • Cash & Credit Card Transactions: Accurately record and reconcile all cash and credit card transactions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with financial software, successfully closed books for a U.S.-based entity, and possess strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
